I want to do a temp job with decorative ceramic tiles. I have 8 that I want to put on the wall between my sink and the windowsill. They are just a teeny bit too wide , maybe 3/4 inch. Can I cut them with my Dremel? Or an old fashioned glass cutter? I don't want anything perfect, just want to glue them to the backspash. Probably won't stay there long as I am going to paint the room "one of these days";)

If a task is once begun, never leave it till it's done. Be the labor great or small, do it will or not at all! I figure if I use this quote long enough it will sink in.!!

Hi,
If you are going to put them on a backsplash as a temp thing
you might try going to Lowe's, Home Depot or a tile outlet that has a tile cutting saw. They might do it for little or nothing. If you are going to put them on the wall, you might want to think about what is going to happen when you remove them and the adhesive.
good luck,
Trent

Hi and thanks for the info. Had not thought about when I might want to remove them! I'm like Scarlett O'Hara. I'll think about that tomorrow! :-):p

I finally got around to going to Lowe's and they did the cutting free for me. I still haven't gotten them on the wall though. Started a new job and still have my old one so I don't have much time for decorating etc!
