I bought an old Lloyd loom chair from an auction. It is painted in cream gloss paint and I'd like to clean it up and repaint it, does anybody know the best way to do this?

If the paint is in good condition and you just want to change the color, sand, prime, and paint.
I would suggest either BIN or KILZ for the primer. A good enamel in an aerosol form (if oyu can find the right color) would be the easiest way to apply the paint to wicker.
Both primers are also available in aerosol form.
