Remodeling bathroom. Now I want to install a fan. Is there a fan that just recirculates air, like my kitchen fan does?

Not to my knowledge for bathrooms.
Kitchen recirculating vents are primarily to filter grease out of the air. Recirculation can do that.
Bathroom vents are primarily to exhaust excess moisture, which can cause mold and mildew. Recirculation can't do that.
If your bathroom is on an exterior wall, you can vent through the wall, if it is too difficult to vent through the roof.
If you get a bathroom exhaust vent, be sure and get one with enough cubic-feet-per-minute (cfm) capacity to handle the cubic footage or yours (lengthXwidthXheight).
Although the external fixtures may look just alike within a brand, the motors come in different sizes. You cannot get one "too large", but you can get one that is inadequate to do the job.
Good luck!
