How do I wallpaper a bathroom - that has 12 foot ceilings - and one side is an angle - like in a salt-box type roof? I don't know if I should put a border 10 ft off the floor - or where to start.

Sounds to me like you start by calling someone who does this for a living. If you have never done wallpaper before, no one can explain through type written instuctions how to start and finish a wallpaper job, no matter how simple.
