Fireplaces, Heating Stoves, Flues and Chimneys - WoodBurning Stove Installation SemiEasy?

I want to isntall a woodburing stove into my living room of a stud on concrete slab house with simple 'rock'walls...and a single tory...is this a doable thing fairly simple or is there major "code' work involved...?
