we have a triplex that we are going to remove the steps to the attic that are presently located in the middle of the second floor and move them to the side by the exterior wall. We will be removing these two width walls by the side of the stairs. We will also be changing the length walls into opennings. We need toow more about changing the load using the proper headers. How large an openning we can have?
