I have this great VISION :) , but no real plan.

I am having a pool installed in my back yard. To my understanding this pool equipment is very quiet and at the perfect height that I can use it to my advantage. This is what I would like to do:

I am going to have them install the pump equipment onto the far end of my patio. I would like to build a moveable cover that will roll over the top of the equipment and also a small refrig on the side. Also in my vision I see myself putting a mosiac style tile on the top. The sides will have to have some type of ventilation (small ones) and on the left side, very bottom left there will have to be a cut for the plumbing to come out into the dirt.

So there is my vision, now for your expertise :D

I am fully able to do this with the right direction.

What type of wood is the best for out doors? How do I make the frame? Is it possible to make a door to enclose the Fridge? (4 large dogs might like it a little too much) Does anyone have any plans that might work for something like this?

THANK YOU for any help you might be able to give.......and really let me know if I'm only a dreamer

Are you looking to build a box of sorts to cover the pump that's removeable for maintenance? Or are you looking to build an outdoor bar while hiding the pump?

What's the fridge for? Do you have a separate circuit / outlet for the fridge nearby? I think the circuit might be overloaded if the fridge and pump are shared on it.

Thank you for your reply.

A little of both.

What I am building is a cover up that will double as a bar.

Yes the fridge is for beverages, and it does have a different circut to be on.

Do you think it is possible.

Take a look at this link. A bit pricey, but maybe you can model something after one of them.

Most of these appear to be masonry.

Leave an access door for your pump.

I'll look for some more ideas.
