I want to put vinal tile on my basement floor but I have many small chips that need to be filled in first. What is the best product to do this.

Is there any treatment I should do to the floor to make the self stick tiles sitck better?

I would try a floor leveling compound rated for basements. Not sure about the tile question-perhaps try searching that forum for more specific advice than I can provide. Good luck.
