I just had my basement blueboard plastered. I waited 2 weeks to let it cure before priming. On the second coat of primer (about a week after the first), in a couple of small areas, the surface started to "bubble" a little and sort of evaporate. Then it would dry and seem okay except for the slightly unlevel surface. Any idea what might have happenend? Is this a bad sign? Thanks.
