I want to build a clothes hamper bin style so that the top does not function but the front will swing forward . Is there special hardware for this? I would appreciate any help.
thank you .

Check Rockler; they have the wire bin for that and also any other hardware you might need. Item # is 42626.

Thank you Tow -Guy the idea I viewed was close but not quite what I was looking for. The tilt out is ok but, I want to build in wood and twice the size as well as being free standing. Anyone else have any ideas?

How about this:

Build a basic cabinet to the size you want and attach the front w/a piano hinge at the bottom and these supports somewhere in the middle.
