I'm going to have some Robbins 3/8in. engineered wood installed. It is on the second floor of a condo (about ~230 sq. ft - one living room & one hallway). This floor can be floated or glued... my question is which is better? By better I wonder which method will:
be the most quite
wear the best
???? (anything else I'm not thinkin of)
Thanks,

Any wood floor will resonate sound. My personal choice would be to float it because the 2 in 1 pad underneath will deaden the sound better than a glued because the padding is a little thicker.
