I tore down a medium sized divider wall which enclosed the water pipe for my outside hose. My house is on a slab foundation, no basement. My choices now are to have the water pipe removed or to rebuild a wall to enclose it again. I've chosen the latter, but don't know who to hire to do this for me or if I can do it myself. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
