I have made Roman shades before that hang from the top of the window. Now I live in an very public area, so I want to make a shade that I can pull up. I used to have directions, but cannot find them. Can you give me directions on how to mount the shade? Do I install the mounting board on the bottom of the window? Install screw-in rings at the top of the window? Please help me. I cannot afford another $30. decorating book even if I could find one. Thanks, Monica
