My family and I are burning up. I have called the repairman twice. The first time they replace the blower. The second time (a different company put a little feron in the unit but nothing. I have notice that my thermostat is not working. It turns the air on but the temperature stays the same. Do anyone have a clue?

Well, check for the basic trouble causes.
Check all of your breakers. Turn the system on, go outside, make sure condenser is on.
While it's on, feel the vents and make sure that air comes out.
It is very possable that the condenser or blower isn't operating.
You need to be more specific.
