REQUEST ADVICE TO SOLVE NOISE PROBLEM IN HOUSE AFTER HEAT CYCLES OFF. BANGS AND PING ARE PROBLEM IN WINTER. ALL INFO WILL BE APPRECITED.

Your noises coud be expansion of ducts on other surfaces.
(rubing against wood beams etc.)
Also the banging could be from the ducts being over pressurized by your blower. ( Ducts to small for amount of ar being moved.)
