Painting - best gloss paint

Can someone please help me ?
What is the best gloss paint to use on doors i want them to look really nice and shiny

Well scoob ..."best" is a relative and subjective term. The application and preparation is more important. Are they 6 panel doors? Steel? Interior wood doors? The smoother the substrate, the nicer the finish will be. Thin coats is the key. Oils flow and level best, show fewer brush marks. If you wanted, you could roll 2 or 3 thin coats of enamel (a day apart or more, depending on weather if they're exterior). If you primer the doors first with an oil, you can sand it very smooth. Then it's like painting on glass, your topcaots will be 'shinier'...smoother and levelled better. I'll watch for your reply first. :)

what you need to look for is a paint that does not dry very fast
quick drying oil paints dont have enough time to flow before they dry thus leaving brush and roller marks
i suggest brushing on quickly and using a dense foam roller to go over all areas it will be like a mirror:D
