Hi,
My question is regarding how to assemble the cord through the rings on the reverse side of a fabric (curtain) shade, similiar to, I believe it's called a roman shade. There are rows of rings running down the back and I'm not certain on how to thread the cording through to make the blind functional. Any ideas?? A diagram would be helpful, too.
Thanks for the help!!
M.

Put the 2 ends of the cord up through the cord locking mechanism. One end goes down through one set of rings and gets knotted at the bottom and the other likewise through the other set of rings. The loop that remains on the face of the shade get a equalizer that adjusts the cords so the shade goes up evenly. If not a knot will do.

if you know what side the blinds opperates from thread a cord the length of th blind, across the top and about 1/2 way down the side.Tie to bottom ring. Do this for ever how many rows of rings you have .I don't know how or what you are mounting this on , but thread each cord through the hole on the mounting board above the row of rings. Thread the cord across the top to the opperating side. So 4 row of rings =4 cords in the last holder or last 2 holders if there is one more then rows. sorry can't send a drawing

Once you see a diagram, it is very easy. Go to a fabric store and look at one of their Roman shade decorating books. It is simple once you see the diagram, but very confusing otherwise. Good luck.
