I just got done putting in new floor, painted the room, and now I want to put up a wallpaper border to accent the colors better. I have heard that wallpaper comes right off in the bathroom cus of the steam from the use of showers. Well is there something that I can use to put over the border to seal it like water proofing it somehow? Really need to know what to do please. Thanks. :)

You don't need to seal it. But you do need additional paste. If the ventilation is pretty good, ie) rarely have fogged mirrors, then use a paste activator.
If the mirrors are always fogged up, use wallpaper paste.
Do not rely on the paste of the pre-pasted border. And remember to use sizing.

Use a border adhesive and if you wish, you can also seal your paper border with a satin or matt quick drying varnish..
