I notice that the cement mixture sold at craft stores for making stepping stones indicates the mixture contains portland cement and silica salt. A very small box sells for about $5 to 6, and it makes one stepping stone. Is this the same as the portland cement used for tile underlayment?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Cement and sand is the base for for a mud install. Check to see if ratios are the same
