I have a red ceramic floor in front of my fireplace, about 3 feet long by 2 feet wide. I painted it white about 10 years ago and took the paint off about 6 months ago. I used an "orange" cleaner that left a dull finish to the red tile. Any ides on how to "brighten" up the original red color ? Can I paint over the red tile, including over the mortar ?
