Im laying out ceramic tile for a a 4'10" by 4'-4" bathroom the tile is 13x13 and fits perfectly with the grout lines on the 4'-4" side. My question is should I center the tiles with the room or with the center of the door wiich is about 18 inches from the wall. Centering the tiles will allow about 9 1/2 inches of cut tile on each side and 4 full tiles running the other way.

If your wall is straight, then you might want to come full off of it, and do any cuts against the wall that has the toilet and vanity(where they will be hidden for the most part).
