i am trying to remove wallpaer of which the undercoat is wallpaper and someone had painted over it. what a awful hard job. i have been using chemicals and it has not helped much please advise.

I have stripped hundreds of rooms and staircases that have had painted papers,woodchips,anaglypta`s etc and have never had any problems because of this tool....http://aceoftrades.homestead.com/files/scraper.jpg
With a new blade it slices through multi painted papers like a hot knife through butter without damaging walls!! If you do decide to get one though, take your time and watch that blade!!!
