We have had a laminate floor installed in our family room on top of concrete (previously had carpet). Unfortunately, we found that the there was some cracking and settlement in the concrete pad. When you walk over the laminate in the area of the crack, you notice a dip in the floor. I don't want to damage the flooring anymore than we may already have. What would you suggest to minimize the vertical movement in the laminate flooring when someone walks across it? Any material that could be inserted underneath without ripping up the floor?
Thanks in advance for any wise words.

The sub floor (concrete in this case) should be flat within 1/8" in 8' before installation or your warrantee may be void. There is no "injectable" filler available that I know of and that will satisfy the manufacturers warrantee.
