We just purchased a home with three bay windows, and I've only now realized how expensive it will be to have custom anything prepared for them. I'd appreciate any alternatives to custom ordering.

because bay windows are of different hieghts for against the window tratment your cheapest route would be against the wall treatments,which u can pick up at any department store carring window coverings, that could be a start till you could cover the widows to show there full beauty. also blinds to fit each panal in the bay with a little valance can be done very dressy

How about three pleated shades for the three panels, with your own design of draperie over the top and down the sides? It can look fancy without the pricey.
