Just bought a house and am trying to make updates on a small budget. I want to take up carpets and clean up the original hardwood flooring beneath. (The floors are in very good condition.) I don't have the money to restain them right away, but I would like to paint a border around the edge. What type of paint should I use and how should I seal the paint? Any suggestion would be appreciated!!!
