Does anyone know where I might buy some of the new finish for cherry called "Old Growth Aged Cherry Color Kit". It's a two part finish that uses the first coat of ionized minerals and the second coat is an activator which instantly changes the color to the deeper cherry red (like an aged piece). It was advertised in the recent issue of American Woodworker and has been on the market for a short time but the manufacturer has been bought out and the line is being put on hold for 6 months to a year. Their web site service person says that it can still be purchased thru Healthy Homes.com but there is no resp[onse to the query.
I'm new to this forum so I hope someone can help:)
