They are interior step that leads to the Bedrooms upstairs,

I feel since we use these steps daily we need better support underneath.

Are the steps (treads) bending? or Is the whole stair case not solid feeling when you climb the stairs? How are the steps reacting when you climb them? This may be a case of calling a general contractor or home inspection firm for an opinion.
