I have moved into a new apartment and there was a big screen TV left behinfd to be tossed. It works and the color needs to be tweeked. But, my question is , can replacement screens be purchased? The model is in the 80's or so and the screen is that hard plastic type that is "rippled". Anyway, where would I go to find these replacement screens and how much would they cost??

That’s called the ferenzal (I know it’s miss-spelled but cant remember proper spelling.) or I’ve heard it called the diffuser. About $1000 if you can even find one for that age set. Clean it the best you can and watch it till it dies. Its life is technically over, should have died years ago but still, I wouldn’t drop a K into it…
