Hi there,

I don't know much about fixing a TV except using the remote, anyway, I have a older model 32' Toshiba(5 years?). I don't remember when it happened but the screeen shows everyone with big heads and small feet. It is still a full screen with right color and sound. Please help! Anything I can do myself?

Any idea is appreciated, Joe:)

A model number of the set would be nice to have. Sounds like your vertical height and linearity is out of whack. In most cases it is adjustable. If it is adjustable, it is something a homeowner can accomplish.

Tell me more: did it happen all of a sudden? Gradually?

Thanks alot, I will get more info today after work. Don't remember if it happened all of the sudden or gradually since I haven't watch it for so long, I almost give up. I will get the model number though.

Model is cx3285a i believe.
