I BOUGHT AN 10x8 STORAGE BUILDING. I HAVE PUT THE FLOOR FOUNDATION TOGETHER, DO I LAY THE FLOORING ON TOP OF THE FOUNDATION?

When you say "foundation", are you referring to a perimeter foundation, like a stem wall? If so, you can't span 8' with just the flooring. You need to support it in the center somehow. How much support you will need, and how far apart these supports are will be determined by what kind of flooring you will be using.
