My old tstat has 5 wires (R to R, Blue to C, G to G, Y to Y, & W to W). The terminals on my gas furnace are C, Y, GC, GH, R, & W. There are 2 sets of wires: 1 set of 2 wires (W to C, & R to Y), while the other set of 5 wires ( Bl to C, Y to Y, G to GC, R to R, & W to W.) No wire is connected to GH. I bought a Hunter digital tstat, model 44155B and terminals are marked G, RC, Y, W, & RH (jumper wire RC to RH). It says to remove the jumper wire for a 5-wire system. How do I make the necessary connections, the 5-wires from the wall (R, Bl, G, Y, & W) to the new tstat (G, RC, Y, W, & RH)?:confused:

R= Rc & Rh
G=G
Y=Y
W=W
Blue wire went to a Common it seems. Did the old t'stat have any kind of on/off heat/cool lights? Tape off the blue wire..It is not needed for the new t'stat.
