had a york gas furnace the other day with a bad circuit board. the sequence of operations was off....ignitor light before induced draft motor came on. replaced board, all ok. today callback, would not light, ignitor glowing, gas valve open, then lockout. next ignition had flame rollout. unit is 80%, upflow, 5 yrs old. it is vented sidewall with ultravent...which is going to be replaced.... anybody seen this? service manager says flame sensor, in 18 yrs never seen a flame sensor cause this problem! thanks for the help

Have had something similar, problem was the HSI. Should not start to lose it's glow for about 5 to 7 seconds after ignition.
