I know that it is a good idea, but is it required that a builder place caulk between the bricks and the frame of any windows? This is a very tight space on some installations. I have a customer who is very upset that the builder did not install caulk at exterior surface. We did not see any moisture penitration on the interior. We also do not have access to the builder agreement or plans. Any help from pros out there would be appreciated.
