How do I locate sewage piping in the concrete floor to install a bathtub, sink and toilet, and cut through the concrete to connect up new plumbing? Any websites that show/explain step-by-step of installing a new bathroom in a basement would be appriciated!

Are you sure that the drain system runs under the slab floor of the basement? Do you already have some sort of plumbing drains that exit through the floor? It could well be that your drain system is presently confined to the main floor, and to install a basement bathroom would entail installing an ejection pump system. Let us know what you have.
