I have spent several hours on trying to find a good article on how to install baseboards.

Does anyone have some advice on tools needed, and how to do it ? ( This is for a small room so will a miter box due?... I do not have a miter saw, but could rent one. The room already has a carpet installed.)

After many hours of searching on the web, I finally went to the library and there were lots of books on home repair that covered general guidelines on how to install baseboards.
