I have purchased a home with several drywall problems:
The first is drywall tape that has not been properly installed at the corners of ceilings and walls. Tape has puckered, tape has separated from the ceiling and not been mudded properly so that you can put things in back of the tape, and several large cracks completely across the ceiling at joints, along with the normal amount of nail pops etc.
How do I fix things like the corners puckered and separated??

No it is 10 years old. I knew of the problems when I moved in but now has come the time to fix them.

Bob,
Sorry to say, but this can't be fixed -- you'll have to remove the tape from the offending areas and go from scratch with the mud, tape, mud, mud, sand, texture.
