Help - I would like to know if enamel paint will adhere to plastic tiles okay on my bathroom walls? They do have a glossy paint over them now that I did myself a few years ago in agnst. The tile was so ugly I couldn't stand it.
A contractor said that he will test painting over the walls with enamel first - with something called Kills or Kilts to see it if it must be used. Will it really adhere without the stuff?
Any help you can offer is much appreciated.
