Have two outside surfaces. Patio is Pebble finish and pool edge is finished smooth concrete. Want to change Pebble finish to match pool edge (patio area small compared to pool area). Need idea on how to cover Pebble Finish Concrete to smooth so it will match other outside concrete work. Problem: To keep level, only need about .5" to 1" thickness. What should I do/use to get looks, strength and longevity? Worry about adhesion and cracking. Is there a readily available epoxy type mix that is sold in local home improvement stores, etc.?
