I want to install a partition in a room that has stucco-covered walls. (the walls are concrete block). I need advice on the best way to finish the corners where the new wall meets the old walls.

I assume the new walls will be frame & drywall. 1/ The easiest way is an inside cove moulding painted the colour of the wall. 2/ Get as tight a butt joint as you can and use a latex caulk at the joint. 3/ Stucco the new wall.
