i need to put one layer of brick around a metal enclosed box. 24"x24"x 60" . I will have box on 4" slab of concrete. How do i do this and make it stick to box and keep water out.

Is your box going to be 4-sided... or 3-sides with your box up against an existing structure? What type of roof are you going to use? If it's up against an existing structure, you'll need to flash the roofing material to/thru the wall.
Take your measurements to a brick dealer in your area for specific help... and have them help you "match" your brick to the nearest brick so the new enclosed box looks like the rest of the masonry.
Don't forget to match the mortar too!
