Anyone ever see something like this?
I removed the layers of wallpaper from a wall.
The I mixed my plaster and applied a layer.
As I came back to apply the second layer I found my first layer was crack all over, some flaking off the wall.
I had no trouble on another wall, using the same mix.
Could it be the glue left from the wallpaper? I scrapped it pretty clean. There was no visible glue.
