Go to www.finishingwoodfloors.com for helpful finishing info if your need help with refinishing. Prefinished wood floors should be cleaned according to manufacturer's recommendations. Only pH neutral products recommended safe for polyurethane finishes should be used. Polyurethane finishes should never be waxed or cleaned with products containing waxes. Avoid oils and products containing oils, abrasives, household cleaners.
