I noticed a response to an earlier thread about the "flashing" that happens when you wash satin/eggshell finish paint.
I have the same problem, but I did use a primer (zinser) and 2 coats of paint. Yet I still have this problem when washing off handprints, etc., from the walls. Any suggestions?
I also posted earlier about drippy bathroom walls/removing hairspray "overspray" from same finish walls (I think it's farther down the board).
