I live in Phoenix, Arizona. I need step-by-step instructions for doing stucco walls over existing plywood walls. Do you know of any online instructions [on the internet] or books that you would recommend?

Try the "Portland Cement Plaster (Stucco) Manual" from www.portcement.org/ Probably more detail than you need, but it will keep you on track.
