Here's my dilemma...
I kept my old cabinets and counter tops from my kitchen to install as storage space and work space in my basement. The walls are unfinished (concrete). The floor is unfinished. There is no suspended ceiling.
How do I go about starting this project?
Do I frame the wall first?
Do I build a base structure to set my countertops on, or do I simply set them on the concrete floor?
As you can see, I need to start from ground zero.
