Help!! I am adding onto an exsisting basement wall. The old wall
runs about a 1/2" in from bottom to top. I would like to add a drop ceiling in the future for a recroom.SO my question is, should i make the rest of the wall match the exsisting wall, or make the rest of the new wall level??

if the look of the current wall is not offensive, i would build the new section to match to avoid problems matching the ceiling later on down the road.
