Anyone have any experience with "VersaStrip" wood strip flooring made by Universal Flooring?

It retails in Home Depot for $3.50 sq ft. Its got an Alumina Oxide finish with a 25 year warranty, so at first blush, I'm liking the stuff. Its slightly more expensive than Pergo, but SO much better looking.

The box says you can float, glue or nail it down. Which install method is best? I prefer to float it, because I would like to lay Pergo Silent Step underlayment beneath it. I did a Pergo install last year, and the underlayment is really nice on the feet.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Do-It ... this is not an apples and apples comparison, one is laminate and one is engineered wood. They are slightly different in every way except that they both lay on the floor.

doityourself, I am looking at installing the same brand floor, and had questions myself as to it's quality and durability.
