I am installiing a Bruce wood floor onto a cement slab. It is the "peel and stick" variety. I have one spot about 2'x4' where the concrete feels slightly damp. The house is 16 y.o. and supposed had a vapor barrier installed underneath. THe instructions say not to install the flooring over any concrete sealer. What to do? thanks. L. Frank
