I have a comfortmaker furnance with and electronic ignition, and for some reason when the furnance tries to light two burners light up and when the third one tries it takes to long and once it does light it kicks out a small flame, which shuts down furnance. It will do this about three times before staying on. Is there some thing I can clean or replace myself, or should I call in a Tech?

Hello Jim Rock. Welcome to the Heating and Cooling Appliance forum and the Do-It-Yourself Web Site.
Based upon the problem description you posted, the condition your describing is called "Dalayed Ignition." The condition is when a burner or in some cases, several burners fail to lite.
The effected burner or burners need to be removed and totally cleaned. Each port {Hole} or slot on the burner head must be cleaned and or cleared out. The burner tube must also be checked for any type of restriction to gas flow.
The orifice suppling gas to the effected burner or burners also need to be cleaned out. The orifice or orifices to each burner may have a spiders web in them. A pipe cleaner can be inserted into the orifice once the effected burner is removed.
TIPS:
Twisting and turning of the pipe cleaner just the best job of cleaning the orifice. Be sure to remove the entire spiders web.
Be sure to note EXACTLY how each part is removed and reinstall each part exactly as they currently are.
Suggestions:
Read the manufacturers online web site for product information, problem possibilities, causes and solving methods, part locations, disassembly, reassembly methods, repair proceedures and instructions, pictorials and schematics, which may be available online.
