When my furnace (gas/electric switch) with a Honeywell programmable thermostat shuts off to lower the temperature during sleep mode, it does not automatically switch back on. I have to manually switch fro "heat" to "off" to "heat" for the heat to come back on. It is not the thermostat. I just replaced it. The same thing happened with the old thermostat. Thanks for any suggestions.

Just something to throw out there. It isn't by any chance programmed at the same temperature for the next mode after sleep mode?
